This two-day course equips managers with the skills required to conduct successful Performance Improvement interviews. It enables managers to handle difficult conversations with staff who are under-performing. It gives managers tools to motivate and gain more co-operation from staff. These tools can be used in formal situations, such as Professional Development Reviews and Supervision, as well as in more informal conversations.

By the end of the course managers will have extended their skill repertoire and be more able to:
